Got Reserves?

Many HOA's don't have enough money in reserves.  To make matters worse, many of them don't know their reserves are insufficient until they have a major replacement project.  A reserve study will help your association plan for the future and avoid Special Assessments, Loans, or a decline in property value due to deferred maintenance.  Utah law requires that community associations conduct a Reserve Analysis to plan for these major expenses.
